This study aimed to examine the effects of combining functional behavioral assessment and eco-behavioral assessment in reducing behavioral problems for students with or without disabilities in Amman, the two strategies are considered one of the most important and the latest strategies and methods of modifying behavior, which are based on cognitive behavioral theory in modifying human behavior, the study population consists of students with disabilities in specialized centers and students who are integrated into general education schools, and students who are not disabled.

the sample consisted of three students who were selected using purposive method : two students with disabilities, one is a student in a specialized center and the other is integrated in a public school, and the third is not disabled in a public school, and all of them have behavioral problems, to achieve the aims of the study the behavioral intervention planning manual-third edition (bip3)-was used as a study tool, which was developed by (Hemedean, 2015) and by analyzing the charts and comparing the baseline of behavior with the changes that occurred after the intervention procedures that were based on behavior function evaluation strategies and the environment surrounding the student, the result was reached that the combining of the two assessments (functional behavioral assessment and eco-behavioral assessment) has a clear effectiveness to reduce behavioral problems among students with disabilities in specialized centers and who are included in general education schools, and non-disabled in public schools, the study recommended to use the combining of the two assessments (functional behavioral assessment and eco-behavioral assessment) as a modern type of behavior modification strategies because it has an integrated view about the behavior function and the behavior environment.
