There were several reasons that pushed the talents to migrate abroad, the economic factor was not the only one, but the social and political conditions were an important reason for their orientation and stability abroad, especially after 2003, and the aftermath of the war From the destruction that affected most of Iraq's competencies, as this prompted them to travel, and sometimes not to think about returning to Iraq.
