Abstract EN

The research aims to show the extent of the influence of entrepreneurial mindset traits in strategic niche management, as well as answering the questions that were raised in the research problem.

The descriptive analytical approach was adopted, and the research was applied in the Training and Development Department, one of the formations of the presidency of ministers.

The research community was represented by (406) individuals divided into nine sections, and (220) questionnaires were distributed and (203) were retrieved from them.

The research concluded that there is a significant relationship between the personality traits of the entrepreneurial mindset and the strategic niche management.

The research suggested several recommendations, the most important of which are: Holding courses and seminars for preparing people with an entrepreneurial mindset, and the necessity of using job rotation for department managers and division heads to enhance the acquired traits and learn new intellectual skills.
