The aim of the current research is to study the possibility of using e-learning as a tool for managing educational crises in the College of Administration and Economics/University of Mosul during the Corona (covid-19) pandemic.

The research problem was identified by answering the following questions: Is it possible to adopt e-learning as a tool for managing educational crises resulting from the negative repercussions of the Corona pandemic from the point of view of students in the College of Administration and Economics? The researchers attempt to answer this question by adopting the analytical survey method with the adoption of numerical tools in collecting data and information represented by personal interviews and field observations in addition to a questionnaire form.

In order to analyze the field part of the research, a plan was adopted that reflects the nature of the correlation between the researched variables, as well as formulating of a set of hypotheses that were tested using a number of statistical methods.

The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which were: technological support was ranked the first important dimension of e-learning in terms of relative importance compared to other dimensions of e-learning, which indicates that the college is interested in technological support that helps in accessing, using and continuing with the system and in a way that increases learners' motivation and raises their attention and interest.

Based on the conclusion a number of recommendation were presented in the research including the need to pay attention to the characteristics of the learner, since students are separated from each other during e-; earning and they differ in their backgrounds, interests and experiences، and they are the main focus of the educational process.
