The main objective of the research is to test the impact of some of the requirements of the international standard (ISO21001: 2018) in supporting the morale of the workers by doing an exploratory study of the opinions of the teaching staff in some faculties of the University of Kirkuk.
And economics, law, engineering, education for the humanities as well as sciences) of which there are (200) teachers.
Only (125) valid forms for statistical analysis were retrieved, and a set of conclusions were reached, foremost of which is that there is a significant effect relationship between some of those requirements for this specification and morale, then the research concluded with a set of recommendations related to the research variables.
