Objective: To determine the impact of strategic alignment on structural changes.

Methodology and design: The research aims to know the effect of strategic alignment on structural changes, an analytical study of the opinions of a sample of members of the examination committees at the University of Tikrit, and the problem of the study was identified in knowing the effect of strategic alignment on structural changes, and accordingly the hypothesis of the research was designed to clarify the relationship Among the research variables, the questionnaire was used as a tool in collecting research data, and the research adopted the descriptive analytical approach in its procedures, and (120) questionnaires were distributed electronically to a sample of members of the examination committees at the University of Tikrit, and the data was analyzed by relying on the (SPSS V.18) program).

Results: One of the most important findings of the research is: There is a significant effect of strategic alignment (communication, governance, partnership, skills) on the structural changes in faculties at the University of Tikrit.
