Abstract EN

The research aims to determine the role of Organizational ambidexterity in developing Core Competence at the University of Mosul, as well as defining the role of Organizational ambidexterity in developing organizational learning ability, the core ability of intellectual capital, strategic flexibility and technology management, and for the purpose of achieving this, the researchers adopted the descriptive analysis approach, as the questionnaire was used as a A tool for data collection, and (174) questionnaires were distributed to a sample of administrative leaders working in the University of Mosul, and in order to analyze this data, a number of statistical analysis methods were used.

The research recommends that the leaders of the University of Mosul should focus on activating the concept of Organizational ambidexterity in the university and its great benefits, whether from the new discovered knowledge or from the exploited knowledge reused, and its great role in developing the Core Competence.
