The current study aimed to test the extent of the impact of the behavior of the leader connected working with the North Refineries Company in enhancing the organizational loyalty of employees through its dimensions (emotional loyalty, continuous loyalty, normative loyalty) after crystallizing the conceptual framework and reviewing the above related research efforts, a hypothesis was developed that reflects the nature of The influence relationship and formulated main hypotheses to be tested in the field of study.

The study population represented the workers in the North Refineries Company, and the researchers chose a random sample of (307) workers, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection.

The researchers used a number of statistical methods and means to analyze the data in order to analyze and diagnose the effect and correlation between the study variables.

The study concluded that there is a correlation and a significant effect between the leader's communicative behavior and the organizational loyalty of employees.
