International commercial arbitration is an alternative method of resolving disputes between private parties arising out of commercial transactions conducted across national bonderies that allows the parties to avoid litigation in national courts, despite this important place, arbitration as a system does not have the power to oblige the parties which makes it ineffective without the intervention of internal justice and especially of the president of tribunal, his role consists of assisting the parties before the arbitration award is rendered and by the role of the controller after this award is rendered.
