Abstract EN

This study aims at raising the efficacy of printing presses in Khartoum state and developing the designs of their establishments of preplanning the already - established ones on modern basis, that help in speeding work and removing usual constrictions that take place in most of the current presses.

the study also aims at creating the conducive environment for higher productivity and safe conditions for the workers and the machines.

these objectives can be considered in determining space needed for the easy flow of materials, power is needed for production and storing, and scheduling whatever is needed for proper work.

this also determines the standard of materials which are considered key factors in printing industry.

the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach that matches the nature of the study together with field visits to recognize machines in their original sites together with personal visits at the managers and other technicians and reviewing data reference of other editions related to the field.

from the above study, it has been noticed that most Sudanese presses were not established on modern basis.

carelessness and negligence of international scientific means dominates in most presses.

this study end with important results that can participate directly of correcting the recent conditions of presses go immediately to solutions that lead to a better printing and packaging prints.
