One of the most important modern objectives of administrative control is the preservation of aesthetic public order as one of the most important topics that received the attention of legislation and organization in the national urban policy of the state, and allocated for this purpose a specialized administrative authority is the authority of administrative control and assisted by the urban and environmental police in order to achieve and protect the beauty and elegcy of cities, and the promotion of urban urbanization, which has become one of the most important elements of the public interest in the state, and the problem of this article is focused on highlighting the effectiveness of the law of preparation and reconstruction And the bodies of urban administrative control in the embodiment of the protection of the urban public order in Algeria, highlighting the idea of aesthetic public order and the limited effectiveness of previous bodies in protecting it.
