In this study, we address the krona pandemic and its implications for commercial contracts, where this study aims at statement of legal implications for parties to a commercial contract, impact of the pandemic on commercial contracts and knowledge of controls the judge s power to restore the economic balance of contract.

This study requires us to analyse in depth the extent to which emergency and force majeure theory must be applied and the extent to which adapting the Cornea virus, is it an emergency or force majeure, and studying the problems that an epidemic might raise Corona and its implications for the execution of commercial contracts, hence the determination of liability legal failure or delay in execution.

This pandemic has revealed the urgent need for the legislator to intervene to pass special legislation to address this problem economic and legal consequences of the pandemic, and amendment of certain provisions of the Civil Code to remedy the shortcomings shown by reality.
