English Abstract

There is a dialectical relationship between history and contemporary to benefit from the past history of the present and a forward-looking reading of the future through historical logic and the general meaning of history.

Thus, human rights are among the basic criteria without which people cannot live in dignity as human beings, at a time when societies live in the era of scientific and technical progress in the shadow of Civilizational openness, globalization and the information revolution, which affected the aspects of social and intellectual life, prompted the competent educational authorities to strive to reform the educational system and keep pace with these scientific and technical developments by paying attention to human energies, investing them and raising their efficiency Here comes the role of citizenship and human rights in rooting a set of huma relations based on belonging, loyalty and respect for laws, regardless of the difference in the intellectual premises or the philosophical references of this society
