English Abstract

The current research aims to identify (the level of organizational communication and the level of work stress) and (the relationship of organizational communication with work pressure) among the principals of kindergartens.

The current research is limited to the directors of kindergartens, where (100) kindergarten directors were selected and reached the following results: the research sample have organizational communication at a high level, and the research sample have work pressures at a high level and there is no statistically significant relationship between organizational behavior and work pressures,
