Certainly, understanding the nature of the educational system prevailing in any country is a prerequisite for the success of any attempt to reform or renew it.
In education, because it represents the basic pillar of progress and renaissance for any civilized society, or seeks to civilize.
The outbreak of the 1952 revolution in Egypt led to major transformations in the political, economic and social aspects.
One of the most important sectors that enjoyed great support and support after the revolution is the higher education sector.
The government of the revolution worked to develop and improve higher education in Egypt, through several steps, The most important of which is the initiation of the establishment of modern universities, which included all parts of Egypt, in addition to paying attention to the existing universities, especially Cairo University.
