English Abstract

There is no doubt that the relationship between man and climate is of great importance, especially in climate studies, as climate elements are one of the most influential elements in the sense of comfort or distress, and that the knowledge of the direct and indirect causes that have an impact on the human feeling of comfort in multiple climates of topics that have met A lot of attention has emerged during the last century, as many studies have emerged that have addressed the role of climate elements in the sense of human comfort or not.

The research aims to identify the fluctuation of the climate comfort values in Diwaniyah by applying the wind cooling equation for Sibel and Basel, which was limited to two elements namely heat and wind for the period (1999-2018).

This change has shifted from the uncomfortable cold to the comfortable, while the change has moved to the transitional months (spring and autumn) from the comfortable climate to the uncomfortable
