English Abstract

Among the rights in which all philosophies and religions, ancient and modern, disputed the rights of women, and people were divided in different ways; Among those who establish a patriarchal society that excludes any rights for women, and a feminine one who sees the universe through women, and emphasizes their rights according to a purely materialistic view that excludes any religious dimension in determining rights.

Money is a necessity for every human being; Therefore, if he deserves it, it will be from perfection of justice to spend it for him in full and not diminished, and given the possibility of deceiving the woman in the right of the money owed to her - either because of the marriage contract or because of the heirs or any other reason - the Qur'an emphasized the disbursement of these rights to her, and this assertion varied according to He emphasized it in the usual case, and requested that her right be paid to her as soon as it is due, and the legislation related to inheritance addresses an important issue in the human reality, as it deals with a financial issue, and money is fiercely competitive in its demand and keenness on it, and litigation often occurs in it.

The heirs are the closest people to each other, and Sharia, in all its provisions, is keen to support the social relationship in the life of the Muslim community, especially between relatives, and is keen to avoid animosity, enmity and animosity between them.
