English Abstract

Praise be to God brought man the benefits of life with its expenses, and blessings and peace beupon the prophet of guidance and the one who met Muhammad, and upon his family and his companionsuntil the Day of judgment.

And yet: I am honored to participate in the first international scientific conference between the colleges ofthe greatest imam, may God have mercy on him, University- Baghdad, and the college of Islamicsciences, Gagan University- Turkey, which is tagged with (Human Studies and Life Variables in theLighet of Islamic Law).

Within the themes of the conference between the second axes of it.

The problem of the research: the inability or reluctance of many scholars, preachers and intellectualsto deal with the variables of contemporary reality.

The aim of research: the necessity of dealing and interaction in the atmosphere of life variables, especially for those with knowledge of their various specializations, and the greater burden on scholars, preachers, reformers and educators.

The nature of achieving the goal and study: life is changing and has no stability, it has an eventevery day, it has no decision, so the eternal message of Muhammad is a miraculous message becauseit accommodates those variables in every time and birth to scholars who served this religion in successionlike the succession of night and light and from.

The distinguished models are in the process ofbeing developed by the scholar, judge Shekh Ahmed Al-Rawi, buried in samarra.

The nature of theresearch necessitated the mention of his personal and scientific life in the first topic, as he was contemporarywith political changes and the war of inherited and incoming cultures God has preservedthe constants, and cares about the variables in a way that serves the country and the servants, andbenefits Islam and Muslims with goodness, and has made achievements, in the light of these changeswhose impact is still visible or in the hearts of Muslims with its meaning and beneficial inheritance.

With the most important results, and the most prominent results: 111Taking into account societal conditions; As the societal customs and norms that the scholardoes not compromise in performing his duties towards his religion, regardless of the factors and variables, whether they are essential or accidental.222The necessity of making use of the scholars methods in their realistic dealings, and it is not anhistorical reading of reality and its circumstances >333There is no harm, nor criticism, nor a disadvantage for the divine scientist, the worker whogives advice, to be close to the rulers, leaders, kings and presidents, even if we settle.

The last words: praise be to God for perfection, and prayers and peace be upon the seal of theprophets and Messengers and upon all his family and companions.
