English Abstract

Allah has made the laws of life development and progress, so they are in constant andcontinuous change.

this includes all lifestyles.

Among the changes that occurred is moneyas it was a creating money ( silver or gold ) and then, paper money has came in the earlytwentieth century.

In the beginning of the twenty first century encrypted digital moneyappeared to us, such as bitcoin and others.

this was the most important changing stages thatmoney has been through since the dawn of Islam.

so what are its effects and provisions? didthe change in its structure lead to a change in its provisions? did these provisions kept in pacewith life changes? do they need more development and more flexible or not?
