To do this, we will conduct a field survey, within the private company Ramdy located at Bejaia in Algeria.

Nous analyserons les représentations sociales que se font les collègues des personnes en situation de handicap.
Pour ce faire, nous allons mener une enquête de terrain, au sein de l'entreprise privée Ramdy qui se trouve à Bejaia en Algérie.
En se basant sur une méthode qualitative et sur la technique d'entretien semi-directif.
