The study aims to identify the reality of performance and the point of view of teachers or teachers on this subject in the light of the pandemic Covid-19 - We presented some concepts on this subject, and then we interviewed a sample of 20 professors who were randomly selected as professors in the primaries of the city of Massad in The State of Jjelfa, and the study concluded that the exceptional system relied on or resorted to by the ministry of will because of the pandemic it is the most appropriate system to give a qualitative addition to the practice of performance fully due to many considerations as well as the pros that this system came up with by reducing the size of the courier as well as reducing the number of students within the classroom and this is considered a catalyst for the teacher to develop and work on quality in performance and this also enables the professor to feel the social responsibility of the teacher especially since all the problems that hinder his performance reduced by relying on this system.
