The aim of the study was to evaluate the University of Batna 1 website and educational ground e-learning.

The descriptive curriculum suited to the nature of the subject was followed by analysing and presenting results and suggestions that might contribute to improving the effectiveness of Algerian universities' websites: - The Batna University web site matches the general standards that must be available on websites.

- The web site of the University of Batna 1 follows among the top 10 sites of Algerian universities.

- Assessment of the effectiveness of the e-learning ground of Batina University is good in terms of performance and use and poor in terms of floor presence in search engines, safety, and social communication.
