This article deals with the study of oral comprehension in children with cerebral palsy between the ages of 6 to 7 years to reveal the level or degree of oral comprehension they use and the type (immediate comprehension or total comprehension) through the application of the O52 oral comprehension test.

During the comparison between two have the same disorder and are of similar age, but differ in the causeof the injury and the period of infection, the first case had hypoxia and cerebral palsy during birth, and the second case had meningitis 11 months after birth, and this is our topic or problem.

Their results proved that they do not use the same degree of understanding Oral and that is due to the persistence of the error.
