The human rights situation of Moroccan women has known major transformation.

One of its salient features is the size of the legislative attention they have actually received concerning both their basic personal rights or those related to the innumerable areas in which they are regarded effective.

These domains have also recognized significant changes mainly after the independence and the construction of modern Moroccan state landmarks.

The Moroccan experience in the field of human rights has sought to make out of its cultural and social richness as well as its long-standing legal experiences both in terms of religious and civil frameworks to shape the traits of these protection.

The latter has taken into consideration a great deal of areas whose diversity reflect de facto the size of the participation a long with the significant role women play without neglecting their contribution in the development of the society as a whole .

Accordingly, this makes her worthy of legal attention demonstrated by the legislative efforts particularly in recent decades these efforts are inherently seen in the constitutional document namely the 2011 constitution.

If these legislative endeavors deserve observation and evaluation in relation to each field, then we think we need to underscore in this research those associated with combating violence against women because the latter has become a topic of paramount importance mostly in recent decades.

Furthermore, it constitutes a substantial challenge and obstacle staining the legal status of women as well as affecting their quality of life.
