Energy is the nerve of development, but the volatility of traditional energy resources and the problem of their depletion have challenged development and their ability to serve current generations and meet the share of future generations.

The dilemma is no longer held hostage to ways to respond to human needs at the lowest cost and the fastest possible, insofar as it is linked to mechanisms for balanced development that take into account the imbalance between the volume of demand for resources and the scale of the environmental burden, which makes it necessary to invest in energies.
