Abstract AR
إن الأزمة الليبية تمر اليوم بمنعطف حاسم فعال، و لعل التحديات تطرح على أصعدة مختلفة، أبرزها، التحديات الأمنية الكبرى سواء في العاصمة طرابلس أو في بقية المدن و الأقاليم، يحذوها أمل التقارب ووقف الاقتتال بين الفرقاء من أجل تحقيق السلم الأهلي في إطار مصالحة وطنية شاملة.
فللأسف، الثورة الليبية لم تمنحها قوى الخارج فرصة لبلوغ أهدافها حتى أجهزت على تجربة التغيير الليبي مبكرا، بحيث خلطت أوراق التغيير الثوري.
فبين معسكر مناوئ لتجربة التغيير الفتية و آخر مبارك لها، تتقاسم جميع الدول المتدخلة الأطماع و لا تنسى نصيبها من دنيا المصالح.
فما إن بدأت حالة الانقسام السياسي بين الشرق الليبي و الغرب الليبي، حتى مرق منه فجأة شيطان التدخل الخارجي، و افتتحت رسميا لعبة التدخلات الخارجية، و احتدمت المواجهة بين أصحاب البلد الواحد
Abstract EN
Today, the Libyan crisis is going through a decisive and effective turning point.
Perhaps the challenges are posed at different levels, most notably the major security challenges, whether in the capital, Tripoli, or in the rest of the cities and regions, followed by the hope of rapprochement and stopping the fighting between the parties in order to achieve civil peace within the framework of a comprehensive national reconciliation.
As soon as the state of political division began between the Libyan East and the Libyan West between the owners of the same country, the demon of foreign interference suddenly broke out of it, and the game of foreign interference was officially opened.
