In the 21st century, Internalization is omnipresent in higher education and research .

As a result, the institutions have been opened on the world since some years so as to build up a global knowledge community.

Higher education, especially in Morocco, has to fit, without it should have disappeared.

However, what are the effects of this openness.

What are the ways to establish a more concerted, voluntary, social and equal policy.

Our article will examine the Internalization of higher education in Morocco.

She will tackle the following issues: -Terms 'definitions: Internalization and Globalization.

-The common points between Internalization and Globalization.

-The main characteristics of Internalization of Superior education.

-Analysis of the effects of globalization on Moroccan higher education.

The conclusion will show that Globalization has brought about some new changes in the Internalization of the Moroccan higher education, without changing its fundamental structure.
