The objective of this study is to ascertain the legal adaptation of peaceful solutions for the settlement of family disputes across borders, which ensures the technical and then the application of these means to be an effective tool for achieving and consolidating restorative justice and the maintenance of rights.

Its role in promoting the achievement of agreed solutions in family disputes, where the focus of the problem is to see to what extent can international mechanisms related to alternative means reduce cross- border family conflicts? After reviewing a number of international conventions in this area, it was concluded that the process of dispute settlement plays an essential role in achieving the protection and social objectives of States as a whole.

To this end, States have sought to establish mechanisms to ensure that conflicts between individuals in international family ties are resolved.
