In order to achieve an integrated digital transformation, the executive authority of justice has prepared a guiding plan for the digital transformation of justice with define the projects and supports.

moreover, the importance of the topic, we will try, through this research paper, to shed light on the references of the guiding plan for the digital transformation of justice, and to highlight the most important challenges that impede its optimal implementation.
