Therefore, the legislation gave it a great importance and considered its legal protection as a priority.

The Moroccan legislator has given income a big importance in terms of its regulation and protection.

Disputes that arise because of the income occupy a large proportion in social conflicts especially in the case of the worker being exempted from his workplace, even if the employee is the one who is obliged to prove the payment.

Therefore, it is necessary for the Moroccan legislator to tuckle the means that enable him to prove his settlement, in order to avoid disputes that may arise in this regard.

The payment bill is considered the most prominent proof due to the important place that it occupies when it comes to legal guarantees provided to both parties.
