Enter The emerging centers in Morocco are known as a rapid urban dynamism, through whichthey contribute to creating development in rural spaces.

Many actorsintervene to manage the resources they have, with the aim of improving the livelihood of the local population.

However, the level of development achieved in these centers does not match the level of available resources.

the goal of this study can be summarized in defining the role of territorial actors in achievingdevelopment in emerging centers in Morocco, by studying the case of the MoulayAbdellah and OuledAfrajcenters, as they are two emerging centers withvarious resources: Natural, human andeconomic, but their levels of vulnerability are high.

This studyadopted the descriptive and analytical approach, then thecomparative approach, and reached conclusions indicating the low development indicators in the two centers.
