جاء هذا البحث لتعزيز دور الحوكمة المصرفية في تفادي الازمات المالية.
حيث تم التوصل الى أن الحوكمة المصرفية تقوم بتعيين دور المصارف و مسؤولياتها و سلطاتها و حقوقها من خلال وضع أهداف استراتيجية و تنفيذ سياسات واضحة مع ضمان الكفاءة في ظل رقابة و نظم حوافز ملائمة لعلاج الازمات المالية و بالأخص الازمة المالية العالمية
Abstract EN
2008 This research came to strengthen the role of banking governance in avoiding financial crises.
Where it concluded that banking governance determines the role of banks, their responsibilities, powers and rights by setting strategic goals and implementing clear policies while ensuring the efficiency in light of adequate oversight and incentive systems for trating financial crises, especially the 2008global financial crisis.
