Abstract EN

Three new laws have recently been adapted, organizing the administrative determination of collectictive territory, we will limit ourselves to study one of these laws and it is related to Law 62.17 regarding the administrative determination of collectictive territory.

This law aims to reformulate the honorable dahir dated February 18, 1924.

By simplifying the procedure trough making publicity focus only on the decree corresponding to setting the date of opening of the determination process without requesting a determination and reducing the time for submitting exposures from 6 months to 3 months.

In addition, some rules have been enacted regarding procedures carried out by the governor concerning the exposures and broadcasting these exposures by the judiciary and opening the possibility of dividing the procedure.
