The topic of this research deals with the study of Spanish trends towards North America and its competition with Britain and France in establishing colonies there, which eventually succeeded in establishing a group of colonies, including, "Florida" in 1565, which constituted a milestone in Spain's colonial history in North America.

Florida was the subject of conflict between European colonial powers before it was bought in 1819 by the United States of America.

It was also the main site for the Seminole wars against indigenous people and apartheid after the American Civil War.

The year 1565 was chosen as the beginning of the research, because it was the year in which the Spanish colony of Florida was founded, and it became one of the important Spanish colonies in North America.

The search ended in 1819, the year in which the United States of America bought Florida, and the most important incidents that accompanied the presidency of American President James Monroe were formed, and Florida gained the United States areas of land with great strategic potential as it is located in the southeast of the United States of America, bordered on the west by the Gulf of Mexico To the north, the states of Alabama and Georgia, to the east the Atlantic Ocean, and to the south were the Straits of Florida and Cuba.
