Abstract EN

The aim of the study lies in defining the theoretical and legal origins of tourism activity and the mechanisms for its implementation and application on the ground in Algeria based on a set of natural, historical and material elements that the country abounds in.

We have concluded that despite Algeria having many unique tourism components, the sector is still weak and below the required level, largely untapped due to the ence of material capabilities, and the inadequacy of the general rules governing the activity of tourism and travel agencies.
