Through this research, we put forward a new idea of criminal intent and a new type of criminal intent.

This new type of criminal intent, which we called the third criminal intent or the specific criminal intent.

This intent is found in some crimes but not others, and by studying human trafficking crimes, we found that this type of criminal intent is found in human trafficking crimes.

Through this study, we have shed light on this intent, and the difference between it and the general criminal intent and the specific criminal intent.

Then we shed light on its concept, nature, subject and the necessity of establishing it in criminal judgments, as well as the crimes in which this intent exists.
