The practice of business activity guides to several commitments that might be exhausting for the practitioner, as a consequence, it requires from him a specific awareness to guarantee a regular practice of his activites as well as the ensurance of his safety on one hand, and the total security of the pepole dealing with him on another, as assign the law.
