This research addresses the effects and obligations of the Bank's charge- taking in favour of the beneficiary lt means that the bank, on behalf of the client, collects the amount of the bill in favour of the client in exchange for a commensurate client this procedure is performed under a collection contract between two parties:(the creditor) and the agent (the creditor), while the paper contains three parties: the holder (the creditor), and the agent (the bank) and the debtor, and the client s benefit is to charge the bank with collecting it for its other business, saving effort and getting tired of it ln the pursuit of collection issues, the benefit of the Bank lies in strengthening customer confidence in the Bank, as well as in the interest of the Bank earns him the job of completing the collection.
