The legislative arsenal in the sport field has been reinforced by the adoption of act number 30.09 on physical education and sport, which introduced a series of mechanisms to regulate the sport field, in order to protect the sport activity practiced as well as the parties involved in it, as reflected by adopting the sports company system as a mechanism for organizing sports activities, in order to honor the principles of wisdom and transparency in this field and create contracts for the reason to control sports transactions, as well as the devotion of alternative means to the resolution of sports disputes, in the other side this law faces a range of obstacles that limit and reduce its effectiveness, which has negatively reflected in the requirements of this law.

The lack of all its regulatory provisions, through overreferencing, will continue to be enforced there by contributing to the fragmentation of its texts and the inability of specialists to become familiar with them, as well as the misuse and seizure of concepts and the weakness of the criminal penalties too
