for which we chose the title ,the civil society instution and the question of sustainable devolopment in marocco , talks about thepioneering roles that this institution has assumed in all fields in general and in the field of development in particular,so that it has become a real and effective partner alondside the rest of the official institutions through the powers the authorization to him,which was confirmed andestablished by the 2011 constitution, and the arcile tries to ask and answer the exten of the limits of these constitional roles assigned to this instition and about the constraints that impede the work of the civil society instition and prevent the achievement of the desired goals, especially those related to the sustainable devolopment section .

The arcle also addressser the problematic arising though its approach from the angle of the relational dimension of this institution , as it is possible betwen governance and civil society in the need to recognize that , collective action through the formula for integrartion betwen central and local public institution actors civil society actor, as wel as its role in protecting the environment as a dimension of sustainable development
