Abstract EN

The success of organizations is bound to the leaders' command of the qualitative change of employees, and their ability to deal with it effectively.

This requires a managerial style named by Burns as “the transformational leadership”.

to address the research question, the targeted sample comprises of three Algerian Economic Organizations (Somiphos, Naftal, Algeria Telecom).

The results of the study assert that: level of transformational leadership behavior is low in the investigated organizations.

Additionally, the dimensions of the transformational leadership have a positive impact on the qualitative change of employees.
