Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the legal system of the criminalization text of environmental crime, which defines an expansion of the administration's authorities through legislative mandate, by showing how the penal law intervenes to impose deterrent protection for the environment as a whole or for one of its elements.

The study also confirmed that the text of the criminalization of environmental protection departs from the traditional objective regulations of criminalization, in terms of drafting, or the wide application of the criminalization text on environmental protection in terms of time and place, and the problematic it raises.
