This study aims to identify the importance of radio planning in activating social development in the local community, the local radio seeks to support it by burdening audiences with an interest in change and local development, by delivering voluntary development programs and plans to listeners.

The study found that radio planning has a major role to play in driving development, as local radio contributes to the social development of the local community because it is the right way to serve the development goals.
