Strategic maps are among the modern management models that have proven their success in activating strategic management in the organization, as they balance and link the various operational and strategic objectives of the various aspects of the organization and the various actors in it, as well as aiming to transform intangible assets into tangible results for the sake of Create sustainable value.

Hence, this study aimed to propose a model for a strategic map for a health institution (a university hospital center) based on the four main aspects which are the patient axis, the financial axis, the internal operations axis, and the apprenticeship and learning axis.

The research recommends the importance of health institutions following strategic maps in implementing their strategy
