Through this paper, we will try to identify the efforts made to develop the tourism sector in Algeria as well as determine the reasons for not achieving desired results; a field study has been carry out on a sample of tourists in three cities: Tipaza, Mostaganem, and Annaba.

The study found that there is a difference in the degree of approval of the sample members regarding the quality of tourism services, and that there is a significant effect of the quality of services on the degree of tourist’s satisfaction.
