Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the venture capital in Algeria as a modern and specialized financing technology.

It has a group of advantages compared to traditional financing alternatives which enable it to respond to all the financing and non-financing requirements of start-up companies, by providing financial, technical and management support to these high-risk institutions.

but with a high capacity to grow and achieve high returns.

The achievement of this goal we studied the case of FINALEP company which was the most important venture company in Algeria.

the study concluded that venture capital is the most suitable financing alternative for start-ups, but its use in Algeria remains limited due to lack of awareness and as well as specialized providers of this type of financing.
