This study is an attempt to formulate activities and exercises related to the elements and elements in the language and its lexical, semantic, and figurative representations, and its contextual links in the light of the functional and deliberative linguistic approach that stems from the idea that language is for life.

It is a correct practice to practice it in its natural and practical functions, so it is necessary to teach the language in light of its language skills, and then achieve communication and practice it in its community and communicate with native speakers and others.

The study promoted a descriptive and analytical reading of contextual significance in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers through an educational approach to the communicative and deliberative linguistic reality, and in the light of some series of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.

Guided by the standards of the American Council (ACTVL) at the two levels: intermediate and advanced, and the study used exercises that measure the extent to which contextual significance is achieved, and the points of agreement and differences between them.

The results showed that the learners’ awareness of aesthetic meanings and signs expands their system of thought, develops the linguistic taste and promotes the spirit.

It is necessary at a stage of learning, and that some lexical and semantic errors as a result of following traditional methods in teaching and rehearsing lexical issues, lead to a misunderstanding of their implications for learners; This is because the awakening of Arabic to non-native speakers between functionalism and communicativeness are inevitable.

Based on the previous results, the study recommended presenting functional semantic topics from a cultural perspective in accordance with modern educational methods and strategies based on gradualness and prevalence, and benefiting from them such as language games, role-playing, images, modern technology and e-learning in the learning process and to distance themselves from traditional methods that concave language and send boredom have the educated.
