The current study aims to identify the role of civic education in consolidating human rights values among students of el-Arish university, and to what extent human rights values contribute to evaluating students' behavior and attitudes, the first chapter includes the general framework for the study, the second chapter includes an understanding of the concept of civil society, its objectives, its importance, the basic functions of society, the concept of civic education, and the dimensions of civic education and civic culture, the third chapter includes identifying the concept of citizenship and its importance, its components, and the basic elements of citizenship, citizenship and patriotism, and the duties of citizenship, the fourth chapter includes an understanding of human rights in Egypt, the political system, the importance of the existence of parliament, the concept of human dignity, its importance, and the aspects of religion’s respect for human dignity, the fifth chapter includes a presentation of the field study and its results, and the sixth chapter includes a proposed conception and the steps that the researcher proposes.
