Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to identify the reality of the engineering of the administrative processes of sports activities in the student activities departments from the point of view of those in charge of sports activities at the Universities of Technology and Al-Mustansiriya, as well as to identify the differences in the reality of the engineering of the administrative processes of sports activities in the student activities department from the point of view of those in charge of them for both universities.

The descriptive approach was used in a survey method and a comparative study on the research community represented by those in charge of student activities at the University of Technology and Al-Mustansiriya, who numbered (114) individuals, while the application sample was (60) individuals.

For sports activities from the point of view of those in charge of them, which consisted of (32) items, and with alternatives to an answer according to a five-way scale, namely (agree to a very large degree, agreed to a large degree, agreed to a medium degree, agreed to a weak degree, agreed to a very weak degree), and a pilot experiment was conducted.

The scale was applied to a sample of (24) individuals from the research community and from outside the main application sample.

Good in the scale of engineering administrative processes for sports activities, as well as the presence of a moral difference in the reality of engineering administrative processes for sports activities from the point of view of those in charge of it between the universities of technology and Al-Mustansiriya and in favor of Al-Mustansiriya University, and one of the most important recommendations is the need to pay attention and promote the concept of re-engineering administrative processes for sports activities in the activities departments Students in all universities, as well as the need to adopt the necessary information technology to support the method of re-engineering administrative processes, which aims to reduce time and effort.
