The absence of legal controls over the responsibility of lawyers for their professional work has led to many accusations; so imperative the development of legal rules to ensure the practice of this profession with a progressive mindset.

Therefore, this study was based on navigating the lawyer’s responsibility for the work of others on the other hand, by extrapolating and analyzing both direct (Bar Association legislation) and indirect (general provisions in civil law) Legislation regulating lawyer's professional responsibility.

Lawyer’s professional responsibility did not have an unified legal regulation, many issues in this regard were left to the general provisions, so the courts resorted to applying the rules of civil liability, which calls for the need for special legislation regulating the professional responsibility of the lawyer at the civil level in addition to disciplinary and penal responsibility, from the perspective of The special nature and advancement of the legal profession
